Booked a taxi came late and made us late
Usually great service but tonight we got a very rude female driver, spoke down to us and was argumentative. I believe it was because we were a short fare, not what I was expecting from you at all.
Ordered taxi. Gave directions. Got a text to say 'driver outside'. No car showed. Followed by a text 'driver couldn't find you'. Phoned a few times but ended up with an answer machine! Never use them again!
Always there early or just a min or 2 late. All drivers I get are cheery & talkative.
