I am soon going to be moving down South and needed to go my AAA office to get the best up-to-date information so I could take the best route to travel at this time of year. I drove from Van Wert, Ohio to Lima, Ohio to go to my nearest AAA and I am so glad that I did. I had the pleasure of meeting with Shelbie Williams, who was very skilled and knowledgeable, and she gave me a package with everything I need for my trip. In addition, Shelbie gave me a Destination Guide for the area with a lot of good information in it. Thank you Shelbie!

I needed a trip tic to Tennessee and the young lady who helped me was extremely nice and helpful. She helped me map out a way other than the usual route everyone takes as we need to go the \back\ way into the city to get to our cabin rental office. We have been going there for twenty years and have found this new way so much better - just needed exact turn offs, etc. She also gave me a visitors guide that was different from usual tour book and it is so much more helpful. She really was helpful in all ways. My husband and I are fifty year members and we have always gotten great help and service from AAA.
