I was told a technician would arrive in an hour. After 1.5 h I was told he was running late but would come. No one ever showed up or called again.

They have terrible service. The tech was rude and the other never showed up. I talked to the manager for 3days they promised me discounts and kept telling me they had a key cut but no one ever came back. They said they were going to give me a deal of 110. When I asked for them to subtract the 30 I gave to the tech the night prior it prolonged the response. They finally texted a long story that wasn't true and stated the first 30was for the first time they came out.After waiting three days for them to try to figure things out, I finally said forget it and called the dealership and it turns out to be cheaper. I just had AAA toe it for me. Way nicer service and get they get the job done. I dont recommend this company at all, its already stressful the fact you need a locksmith anyway. And dealing with this didn't help at all.
