Absolutely best customer service I've ever dealt with. They will work with you if you're having any issues. The lady that works in the front is sincere and funny. Very glad that I do business here for both my U-Haul rental needs and storage needs.

What a great place!!! Carol was so accommodating when we came in to request a U-Haul today! There we’re none available in the size we were requesting, but one was on its way. While we waited, she gave us delicious coffee and kept us entertained the whole time. She gave us a tour of the storage units, and I’m not surprised at how high in demand they are. We will definitely snag one when it’s available. Everything was absolutely spotless, including the U-Haul when we picked it up and it drove smoothly. I’ve never had a more pleasant time starting off a day full of moving!

The investment made into the facility has created a very modern and well equipped storage facility. There is plenty of units in varying sizes as well as excellent outdoor storage for boats and RVs. The best feature has to be Carol the Property Manager. A sense of humor that is contagious and someone who really cares about her business. Nowadays, it is nice to go into a place of business, immediately be greeted, and feel welcomed. Carol and the folks at AAA Hockley Storage are on point!
