NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ANYTHING,IS ABSOLUTELY UNSERIOUS !!! Service is absolutely horrible!!! I ordered bed for my baby even in 17 of November (at the web side was delivery in 4 days!). Even after two months I DIDNT OBTAIN WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR !! And what is absolutely the worst, when I was calling directly to the company - they was laying that they already sent it but the tracking number is not yet active. When I was calling back about 2 days later for tracking number, they said that they don’t have ware(beds) from their supplier and I have to wait until it will come. So why they LYE that they already sent it even they didn’t have it??? ABSOLUTELY UNSERIOUS and this is not doing company which is honest and fair to their customers. It’s better to order from another as from the company which will lay to you and never send it. Iam adding a screenshot from my order.

Ich wollte eine kommode kaufen. Allerdings ist die Firma sehr weit entfernt und versuchte vergeblich mehrfach anzurufen und habe mehrfach e Mails geschrieben. Ich habe nie Antwort bekommen geschweige denn einen Rückruf. Bis heute nicht. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice.
Wir sind extra von Bochum nach Aachen gefahren um hier einzukaufen. Meine Schwester hatte mir euch empfohlen und das zu recht. Von mir gerne fünf Sterne, weil wir super zufrieden sind.
Wir haben für unseren Neffen zum 5. Geburtstag das Kinderbett Turino gekauft. Es kam rechtzeitg an und der Kleine hat sich sehr gefreut. Der Aufbau lief gut und das Bett ist sehr stabil. Alles super gelaufen.
