Great relocation and rental service and amazing support! I recently moved to Aachen and had to find a house soon. Fortunately, I got in touch with Laura Garcia Immobilien. The owner Mr. Ketabchy is really a gentleman and comforted me very nicely. Initially, I was a bit nervous about the contract terms as I don't speak German well and the contract was completely in German. However, he calmed me down, patiently read and translated the whole contract word by word. This was just wonderful. Also, the colleague Ms. Timea Gallei was so helpful at every step of the process right from apartment viewing, negotiation with the proprietor, explaining about the transport options. She is very energetic and hard working. During this entire process, I never felt that I was away from home. I wish Laura Garcia Immobilien great success in the future and I will be more than happy to take their services in future!!!

Excellent service! Especially Mr.Ketabchy is a nice human being who does his duty with pure humanity and you feel that you are talking to someone who knows your requirements. I had two meetings with him and got a good apartment in Aachen through him. He does his best to show the good property one needs.
