Good Hospital. ! The doctors ,nursing and support staff were professional and good who were always ready whenever we required them. Twice visits of doctors in a day ensured that my treatment was done in the right way. Also, not only for the patients, there are good facilities for their attendants as well. Attendants can order food to the room (24/7) at reasonable price.

Very bad experience....never come here ... charges are very high but the standard don't match the price..... doctors always talking on the phone ...hardly listen to patients problem..the workers show a lot of carelessness....doctors leave the room anytime and come very late after it.at last it was not a good experience.never come here.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE On 29th Nov 2020, I was confirmed with Covid 19 report and was very worried. I informed about my health to my Family Doctor Ravi Jaiswal, who immediately advised me the necessary information and medicine for Covid 19 and i was under his supervision. On 2nd Dec 2020 I was restless and stated having low saturation (Oxygen) which was dropping from 96 to 90-92, accordingly informed Dr Ravi Jaiswal who advised me to get admitted immediately in the Akash Healthcare Dwarka Sec-3. under supervision of Dr.Rakesh Pandit. I was very tensed and started loosing hope due to severe Covid Pneumonia as detected in Ct Scan. But I must appreciate that Dr.Rakesh Pandit never gave-up and took utmost care of my health. On 4th Dec 2020 Dr Rakesh Pandit patted on my shoulder and said \ Ajesh I have a trust in you and you will recover soon \ and with his divine words, some miracle has started within me and i felt confident that i will recover soon. They started with their medication and as a result by 5th December my Oxygen level gone up as per the body requirement and i started recoving.It seems Dr Pandit had already done his divine miracle on me and all his treatment and support worked. I really thank you all sister's, JD Bhaiya, everyone was positive towards there Jobs, I haven't seen any hatred in any staff Eye “towards Covid patients. Entire floor was neat and clean well-maintained hygiene in the Hospital. PAYMENT : TPA process was excellent no chick chack no hidden charges, according to me All billing was done as per Govt Norms. I believe Akash Healthcare Hospital are the Honest People in their Dealings.

Totally unmanaged. No computerised central token system(go everywhere and stand in queue) Random floor visits for different tests. Ultra slow n still unsteady. Bread omlette at pappya was the worst i ever had. Sanitiser(s) were no where to be seen. Would not recommend! Only good thing is parking(basement 1 parking guard stated that i parked in staff parking, i m amazed) and first glance. Uhid will be shared on monday once you guyz are able to complete the medical check up(which already took our 6 hours today)
