So confused by this company, made an order 300, it never arrived after 3 weeks so left messages and nothing. I left a negative feedback here and they finally contacted, apologised as they didn't send it and gave a 10% discount to reorder and drop my negative review, which I did. I made the order again, we are now 5 weeks in and no items again, I have left messages and no response. It would appear my first review was completely accurate. So I now have to ask Mastercard to step in. :(
