Had worst experience here as we know the brand Honda is for reliable and trustworthy but it proves wrong in my case. Bought Honda Amaze Vx CVT EXCLUSIVE model which we run 5 kms and had found technical problem in engine. We thought we get quality assured when we get product in hand but it seems nothing to care about our trust. Pathetic experience from Honda and Aan Honda Pvt LTD as they have not checked car quality before giving to us. My brother has also written complain to the company for this. it is attached in this review.

Me Dr. Barochia, as a MD,,,,running samarpan hospital in upleta ,,,,Had worst experience about d service from aan honda,,,,today ,,,21.3.2021,,,,I had put my car for free service ,,,,,,when I recieved my car after service ,,,,service was not proper ,,,n some amount of money was in d arm rest box which was stolen ,,,,regarding this I complained to service manager chiragbhai,,,he was totally irresponsive about this ,,,,

Your old staff were very supportive But Why ? Change regularly. My all last purchases Honda City, Honda Jazz, Honda WRV, and Honda BRV for brother. Services are good and good experience.

Went for honda city service. Extremely unpleasant experience of service center. First time they have not performed any service hence I have to visit station again in gap of 1 week. 1. Service people used money making tricks and without informing procedure of task they added ac cleaning- disinfecting and motor care treatment. ( yet to receive information from HCIL on at what number of k.m this task is recommended and whether this tasks are necessary or not) 2. Not worked on critical items like breaks on first attempt hence took vehicle again Few other negative feedback. In short, Not suggesting/recommending vehicle service at Aan honda.
