I just took a job satifaction factfinding test provideded by Ennova on behalf of Jobindex in Denmark. It was too simplistic, and the offered solution was a generic \You seem unhappy with xxx situation. How do you think you can change xxx\ (6 times in a row this was the standard answere). A subtle way of putting the pressure of; for example bad management, leader incompetence, on the shoulders of the employee. Not viable at all. Need more indepth questions.
