I have been training with Mathias for 2 months now and it’s the best training experience ever. I was initially scared going into strength/weight training as I had a major injury before. However, Mathias is very knowledgeable and has supported me every step of the way in every session. In the 2 months of training I am seeing gains in terms of my body transformation, increase in strength and I'm already hitting goals we both set together. I always enjoy turning up to PT sessions with Mathias.
