I have now been to Silvan three times for the same product. I need a lock for my window (to keep our toddler from flying out the window which he can now open.) I have asked clerks for help each time, described my window, been advised on three different products and none of them are correct. My window opens inward. All three products are for outward opening windows. This seems like something a hardware store employee should be able to recognize and advise me about. Really disappointed. I’m returning yet another devise and going somewhere else for help.
