I guess their employee are not trained. Recently, I got a call for job opportunity and a girl named Komal explained to me that there is an urgent need for the profile. I went for the interview and everything went well until they asked for salary hike. I had already explained to Komal about my raise and she confirmed that you would get that. But since then I am trying to contact Komal but she doesn't provide me any feedback. Please do proper check on the employers too if they are ready for the raise or not. This is very unprofessional.
