Bought a bonsai from Abana Homes which was delivered this Monday. I have no experience with bonsais but was assured of total support in maintaining the plant. The plant was delivered in a nice packing. No complaints there. However, the support system leaves a lot to be desired. I have been sending messages on the WhatsApp number provided as well as on email. However there is hardly any response. I wanted to know about watering and administering nutrients. But my messages and emails on Wednesday and today still remain unanswered. I am regretting the decision to buy from them relying on the chat with the sales executive before buying. But after purchasing, the reality hurts. Not at all satisfied with their service. And the plant which I purchased wasn’t exactly cheap at Rs. 3,500/- as it was a 15 year old tree. P.S. when I finally talked to them, they were very helpful and apologetic for not responding to the email or message as it was a hectic time due to Rakshabandhan. However they did help me out with my queries and have advised for a chat rather than emails in future . So I think the rating given by me earlier as 1 star needs to be amended. As I have already said, there was no complaint as regards the plant; as shown in the picture and the one delivered. It was as beautiful as promised.

The customer support is really disappointing they don't answer messages on whatsapp or don't pick the calls..the leaves are shedding and I don't know what's going on with the bonsai
