This is not an Izakaya Restaurant, the owner is a really nice person and an excellent chef, he does warn when you enter that there is no menu so only osusume-which roughly translates to chefs choice. My experience was fantastic and it was an absolute pleasure to watch him alone prepare and cook meals for 16 diners, the man is a true professional and really respects the produce. Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience.
