UPDATE!!!!!.......07-03-2019......The former manager of this store is now the Owner as of August or September of 2018. This information comes from a newsletter they send out to current and former customers. All I can say to that is I wish anyone good luck who chooses to do business with this store. Worst experience I have ever had with a local store. Not a place I would recommend going to or doing any business with. All this store is, an expensive middle man. Their installers are contractors and not employees. You can save hundreds or even thousands depending on how big your project is by buying your own materials and hiring a reputable contractor to install. My experience is the store manager is never wrong and will not offer any reasonable explanation to questions or concerns. His final words for any problems that arise and when he is feeling backed into a corner are "You Signed The Contact!!". I am so glad that my wife never signed another contract for this store to do our kitchen backsplash and I also feel like we dodged another bullet when we were inquiring about having custom kitchen cabinets installed and they forgot to call us back. Do yourself a favor and look into other stores with a higher ethical standard, you will save yourself from a lot of frustration and irritation.

Very knowledgable friendly staff. They listened to my flooring needs with having kids and pets in the home. Offered many options in carpet, laminate and tile and how they would work together in my home. Professional installation they were conscientious and cleaned up nicely.

The installers on both jobs were very professional and good at this job!! (Please let them know) I am a little disappointed in Abbey that we did not receive a follow up phone call for our first or second job with. It would be appreciate to know they valued our business.

Abby carpet was very helpful. Our basement flooded and we needed to replace the carpet in the bedroom and hallway. They were on time and did a great job. The carpet is holding up better than the old carpet and you can feel the quality of the pad. I would recommend them to my friends and will use them again.

This is a beautiful store with a HUGE selection of flooring of all types. I shopped here for laminate for my kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry room and they helped me select the best product for my budget. I then used them to carpet most of my house and they happened to have an installation sale which obviously made me happy. The staff is very sweet and helpful. They've been running the store for a long time, so they know the business well.

I get a LOT of traffic in m home because I have scrapbookers in my home on a regular basis and grandchildren, etc. When Peter told me the new carpet would hold up, I trusted him. And he was true to his word. Pete did a great job installing it, also. I HIGHLY recommend them if you really want quality carpet and master craftsmen in your home. Plus they're just plain great people to with.
