Making funeral arrangements for a loved one is never an easy process. I was calling different funeral homes in the Fresno area on December 21,2018 to prepare for my grandfathers passing. On December 22nd my grandfather unfortunately passed away. I mistakenly made arrangements with another funeral home in Fresno. The other funeral home was unresponsive and never picked up my grandfather's deceased body or contacted me as to why. At 7pm on Saturday I contacted Abbey Funeral & Cremation Services. I spoke with a representative who was extremely helpful and assured me that my grandfather would be picked up within 30 - 45 minutes. I informed the representative whom I had spoken with the day before (Barbara). As soon as Abbey Funeral & Cremation Services spoke with the hospice nurse and confirmed all arrangements I received a call from Barbara. I am beyond thankful for Abbey Funeral & Cremation Service in Fresno as Barbara has been extremely helpful with this entire process. She is amazingly helpful and truly appreciate her kindness and responsiveness during the holidays. My grandfather made it home to Morelia Michoacán Mexico. My family and I truly thank you for all your assistance through this process.
