Towed my vehicle from MY apartment complex, and when i tried calling 10 minutes after they left; they didnt answer...open 24 hours???

just so you know. your address listed by Google is wrong. 2217 Windsor St is a residence, and Google still lists the old address as the place of your business. You might want to look into that.
