Hotel room wasn't too shabby. Location was great as the heart of the city is a five min drive from where you are at and airport ️ is relatively close by and the highway is right their. The room could use a but it of work as their was some chips in the paint where a backboard would have had once stood. The bathroom could use a little touch up by a professional . But all on all good friendly staff and adhered to my few but probably annoying requests and hell to top it all off they take pets .

The first thing I can say is the motel has improved 110 % the staff will treat you with respect & kindness.This motel has gone way out of its way & if by chance the cleaning staff has missed something don't get all bent out of shape and go into the office with an attitude, go in there and say hey excuse me I think your girls miss something and they will be more than happy to make it right you know I find that a lot of these negative reviews have been from people who went in there with a bad attitude, that attitude you get to bad attitude in return so keep that in mind . The staff is only doing what they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. So please treat them with the same kindness respect that they gave you when checking in & if you broke the rule then own it don't turn it around onto them....
Room was nothing like showed online, not cleaned properly, hair all over the bed sheets and bed was broken. Room was smelling bad too. Only reason i am giving two stars are that they provided another room which they offered when i asked for money return. receptionist was being rude and we had no other option than taking other room.
I've been here numerous times The price is really fair the security and staff are really on point the coffee and juice is always good and all my God there swimming pool Most of all there night staff a yong man named munaf help us out with everything wheir to eat good food cool place to see in Abbotsford called Mill lake park must see this place is ruff but ill always come bake because I'm always safe
The photos that the motel show are NOTHING like what we stayed in. Dirt in the corners, needs to be re-painted, could not open up curtains, it was tacked in on each side. There were 2 plug outlets available for guests, one where you need to unplug the AC and the other in the bathroom, BUT you cannot turn the light off in the bathroom because it shuts down the power of the outlet...so you would not be able to charge your phone unless you leave the light on all night. There are no lamps like the photos show and no pictures. The room has an off smell to it, maybe smokers? The dresser was missing the handles on 3/6 drawers. Dent in front door. Unable to deadbolt the door at night, they have a chain instead....only good thing about this motel was that it was close to the airport, and believe me, you will want to get out of there as fast as you can. Oh, the sheets seemed clean. And the man at the front desk was willing to come help when we had trouble with the TV, but we did call him back to cancel when we got it to work. The channels are not the ones on the paper that they leave for you. If we paid 50 for the room---ok, but we paid 90...with a 200 deposit wow, just wow.
all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean but I'd suggest bringing your own bathtub plug and mat because they aren't supplied. The only issue was from other guests being a bit on the noisy side. I can't blame the establishment or staff for the noise because they dealt with it as quickly as possible. Being a pet friendly place was a bonus.
I enjoyed my long stay here from Oct 30 to Nov 5 and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone due to the exceptional and exemplary customer service I received from Pravin. He was the highlight of my stay due to his cheerful demeanor, authentic personality and his genuine concern for each client whom stayed here. I observed him going out of his way on a consistent basis and he enriched my stay by offering his hospitality to me at all times of the day. I highly recommend staying here as I felt highly valued as a customer and human being.
Not impressed. They are just interested in making as money as they can. Not very concerned about your needs.
