Amazing stay , I booked through Expedia in January but couldn't make it due to covid. So she said she would keep the credit for my future travel. And after 4 months , when I texted her , she hosted me and son with the same credit, though it was non refundable , she supported a lot. the host herself came to welcome us and is very supportive, she makes sure that everyone is comfortable. The kitchen is full of groceries. A very beautiful house on bed and breakfast, actually she provides a list of groceries. I recommend this bed and breakfast this is more than 5 stars.

We had an amazing time and we will be back soon Highly Recommend - Awesome Host - Very Clean Home - Huge House - Full Kitchen - Lots of goodies and light breakfast served - Partial Grocery supplied - Host takes care of every thing to make sure we were comfortable - very good room mates - I loved my stay here and will definitely come back - Right beside the Bateman Park - was amazing to go for walk in the trails in the morning and evening
BEWARE! SCAM ALERT! Likely some kind of bed and breakfast scam. I booked this place through Expedia/VRBO. Due to COVID, had to cancel, but agreed with the owner to book a different set of dates. Plus, the booking shows as non-refundable. She agreed and discussion went back and forth about new dates. She asked me to look at an alternate location. Long story short, once I settled the new dates and location (same one as this), I asked if it was available for the new dates and asked for confirmation of the dates, location and payment credit. Then she ghosted me. After sending more messages a person saying they are the spouse responded saying it was confirmed and I must not have read it. He also asked for a 5-star review. I said that it was not confirmed. Why would I give a 5-star review? He then proceeded to harass me with messages saying his wife hurt her hand and was at emergency etc. Very strange behaviour. Then they ghosted me again. Waited a few days. No further response from them. Total loss - 551.52 CDN. :-( Even if they are a real place, the treatment I received over trying to rebook was not professional. Stay away from this place. All I was looking for was something stating the new dates, the location and that the credit was applied. Never got that. UPDATE - They responded! However, no change in their behaviour. I have attached a screenshot of how they treat people. Keep in mind, I never received a re-booking confirmation. They try to throw mud at me to make it seem like I am the problem. Okay, so where is my confirmation?? UPDATE 2 - Yesterday they texted me this: "You will lose a family member soon." All I wanted was confirmation of new dates, location and credit applied. What I got was death threats!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First of all I can tell you right now that most of these reviews are fake made by fake accounts by the landlord. This place is dirty, flithy, and smells horrific. We walked in and it literally smelled like body odor and bologne. The furniture is very uncomfortable and the beds are hard. The only nice thing is the garden. The host Anita was very rude, scary looking and unprofessional. I did not feel comfortable there at all. Everything is old and out dated, its like I was back in the 80s. Cheap landlord! Please look at her other 1 star review and see her response to him. She is making fun of him for being Gay. Shame on you Anita. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
This is an awesome big house and very Cheap rent place , I stayed in suite number 4 during Corona Virus Pandemic and the couple were very supporting and caring. Anita and Joy are great Host , they took good care of me during my stay which was 3 months . The house is located beside bateman park which is great . above ground , has a huge bath tub and bathroom , very clean home and garden I completed my stay for 3 months as i was posted in Abbotsford BC for work , to my surprise they changed my bed back to queen size to make me stay comfortable. . and I will be staying here again in future if i ever come to BC . Nice and clean rooms, they changed the linens and towels on regularly. And Anita even took care of my mails, when i left and mails kept coming , she sent me the parcel on her expense , Thank you Anita , you have a awesome house and very beautiful garden. and not forgetting the BBQ , thats a beautiful addition for the guests .

The place that I stayed has a poor room conditions and all food ingredients were expired which is what Anita promised to do and needs to do so I chose to leave next day although I paid 350 as a deposit on Dec. 26th 2020 as a e transfer. Also, the Room has a really bad smoking smell. I know that Anita only does minimum of one week of rent ,but Anita never mentioned about keeping my deposit because of leaving early when I checked out on Jan.1st 2021 and on that day, she promised me to return my deposit. However, Anita blocked my phone calls and it's been a month that she didn't return my deposit back. I paid deposit as an equivalent of one week of stay. Therefore, I had to use my three friends' phone to contact her. However, she kept mentioning that I break contract of leaving early and not pay the rent while I stay there. I don't mind paying for one night fee but I would like remainder of deposit back after one night fee deduction. I have all the chat and calling recorded history available. I have e transfer history too. If anyone wants those, I can provide as an evidence.I just hope I can get my deposit back and move forward. I will delete this review as soon as I get my deposit back. I just want people to know that Anita is not reliable landlord.And hoping it doesn't happen to anybody who stay there although I don't get my money back. Lucifer is Same name as Anita. I just hope people don't get fool by that. Reply back from poor broken English speaker Anita:I am a straight guy. Never changed gender or hit up on a guy lol I am not like you. Please learn more English. I can't fake this much long true story like you. I am just so speechless at your ignorant comment and filthy behavior. I wouldn't have to do this much if you pay some deposit back. Shame on you. Yes, cops should be there to get my 350 deposit back. I don't know how much you are going to get rich with 350 deposit but yeah take it.
