I left an unfavourable review after a poor experience with one of the technicians. I have removed my review and am updating because of the extremely professional response I received from the owner Jen. She immediately responded, apologized and offered to correct my nails herself. I was not able to go in to get my nails fixed as I'm dealing with a leak that has caused flooding in my apartment, but I am more than happy with the resolution I received and would definitely give the salon another chance.

Kinda rude workers. Made apt but then part way through she left me and chilled in the back until her next apt came in then another woman came to finish my pedicure. Not impressed.

This place is incredible! Great quality nails, clean, on time, relaxing treatment, friendly staff. Had part of my bachelorette here- booked all of the girls to get pedis and a few manis and they accommodated us bringing snacks and relaxing while waiting, playing games, until our limo arrived. They were so accommodating!
