How many tech support numbers have you called where you dreaded the wait time and the experience all together? That’s certainly been my experience in the past, even with internal tech support departments when I’ve worked at other conpanies. With clearbridge as our technology support it’s been so different. They even remember who I am when I call! They are polite, professional, PATIENT, and they get the job done. We had an internet connection issue that we had a tech come out from our provider. While the tech did a decent job, it was far from working well. This in turn caused a complex printer connection issue of course on a Friday evening shortly after COVID hit. I assumed with how everything was going with my day they would get back to me sometime the next week. But they responded right away. They brought in who they needed to all while doing this by remotely taking over my computer and going through every setting/issue to rectify it. All while I made my family dinner and had a movie night with my kids! They called or texted when they needed me to move a piece of equipment. But other than that it wasn’t me sitting on the phone for hours while they overhauled my whole system. With 4 adults working from home right now due to COVID, it was such a relief to have clearbridge available for all of our tech needs. Even simple things like shipping us printer ink or adjusting computer settings to deal with random inconveniences. I got an email response back within minutes from their tech support last week when a password sharing request kept coming up. And I tried everything to get it to go away. They sent step by step instructions and said they were available to call me directly if preferred. How great is that!?! A tech support company that actually works for me in the way I need them to work! THANKS CLEARBRIDGE!
