Hello everyone, this is Adam, owner of Clearbrook Vacuum. Nicky Beaulieu and Bill Montero are not telling the truth. They did not buy anything from me, so I don't know where the review came from. I am in the vacuum business for over 28 years and I serve over fifty thousand (50,000) happy customers. Everyone is happy from me. We have the best customer service, nobody beats our customer service. I am proud to serve the Abbotsford community. Thank you very much for supporting my small business.

Took my vacuum in for cord repair, when I went to pick it up, the hose was missing. The owner could not find it, and gave me a hose that was NOT mine. Mine was silver-grey, semi-clear, and fairly new, as the vacuum itself was bought brand new only 2 months previous. The hose he insisted I take was black and old, the on off indicator on the hose was nearly worn off. I kept insisting it was not my hose, and he became angry with me, and was yelling at me to take it, it works.....he totally missed the point. Did he fix my cord, yes...but what did he do with my NEW hose? I ended up leaving with an old hose that wasn't mine, and EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISSATISFIED with the lack of customer service.
