just now I've personally visited a number of different chiropractors over the years and had some good success at a few places. The biggest complaint about the industry is that most of them are just all about the crack. They rush you through in five minutes and want to see you as often as possible. Dr. Rav Nagra has been on a different level all together. Each appointment he has spent a generous amount of time with me, doing lots of massage and Graston therapy. Some pinpointed adjustments are usually part of the visit, but not the focus. For six months I have been living with a rib injury from JiuJitsu. Over time it's only become worse as other muscles strain and compensate. After just three sessions with Dr. Nagra, I can feel a real noticeable change in my whole body and finally have some hope to get back to normal. I could not recommend this practice enough. I plan to do all of my family therapy with New Leaf Wellness in the future. Highly recommended!
