Wanted to find a shop that I could use to maintain a hot tub we inherited. Employee not willing to help, no answers, no advice. Dont understand this. The real victim is the owner, I'm willing to buy from a local store and have a relationship moving forward. It's no wonder people Google advice, then buy from Amazon. Disappointing. Especially because this store has billiards as well, didn't even get to that as employee simply was done. Dont usually post reviews, but thought this was necessary for the owner.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always come here to get my hot tub water tested and to purchase chemicals and supplies to maintain it at reasonable prices.

I'm not one to provide reviews but I was so extremely disappointed in the customer service at this store that I felt the need to post. I was treated rudely and will NOT return. Although I didn't have the volume of a hot tub that I wanted to purchase chemicals for, I expected that the staff might use their experience to help me estimate it to purchase all that I needed to get it up and running, rather than berating me. Bishop's in Abbotsford was more than helpful and I purchased all that I needed.
