Overall, they had great customer service as well as friendly staff. Got a dining table from here. Loved the table, however, when something spills on it or its just wiped down the white part of the wood turns black. I have decided to leave it like that for 2 days as it might just be wet. However, it just stayed like that and we're worried if we spill or let along just wipe the table itll turn like that.
I've walked in the store multiple times to shop for furniture for my new apartment. Eddie, one of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The store is well lit, and they have a good variety of the products online.

Now I know the reason this company reputation is called Top Furniture Land industry !! Great experience at this location! First time we we went we were in the process of looking for a new couch. The salesman was not pushy which was so refreshing. It aided in our decision to buy from them. The second time we went they were extremely knowledgeable, and so helpful from start to finish! Prices are hard to beat, and they have good sales. Love this store. Everything is just beautiful and of high quality! We weren't sure what we were walking into having only dealt with the big chain stores in the past. I must what a positive and pleasant experience it was. Prateek (excuse the spelling) was so patient. We never felt rushed or pressured and he was been knowledgeable. We had some of the other staff help us as well and the experience was the same - most excellent. Their pricing and quality is very good as well. We will continue to be customers of this great store. UPDATE: there was a mix up in the delivery and we got the wrong chair. Actually same chair but manual recline. I let them know and they were so gracious and concerned. We ended up keeping the chair as it was not a big issue. My point is that anyone can be helpful and gracious when you are spending money at their business. The real test happens when something goes wrong. This business was amazing in the way they handled the issue. They truly are customer focused. Bravo Furniture Land.
