Maybe one of the worst eld in market. They're customer service is horrible. They have sent me an wrong eld and not wont take the return. They're over charging me. And when I call them to sort this issue they will put you on hold and then they hang up. Instead of calling back they like to text you. AND all these people from India giving customer service have an attitude i had experience this twice. Guy name abdullah and shubham. These are the people I recently spoke to and they are the worst. I can go on forever

Amazing customer service and support from the team of experts at Hutch really made the transition to E-Logs a lot easier than we were expecting. The driver training they offer in different languages is really useful for a company that has a diverse group of drivers such as ours. Rajat was always just a phone call away and happy to workout issues that came up in the early stages of the transition and continues checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. A pleasure of a company and group of people to work with.
