I went in for a manicure with regular polish and I should've just done it at home. The polish I chose ended up being thick and goopy, so the final result after drying is visible ridges and lumps on every nail. It's a great place to go for shellac/acrylics/gel nails, but don't waste your money getting regular polish here.

I love the cat effect and the Unicorn effect from here. You have to book more then enough time to give the nail tech time to be able to do them.
Sept 2020: Very impressed with level of cleaning and PPE usage for customers and staff. Felt completely safe and received excellent service. Feb 2020: Nice place, friendly service, fair prices for excellent work. Love getting pedicures here with my kiddo. Got my first gel nails recently, they look great and stand up to though daily abuse
I have been here once before and received good service. I returned for a regular polish mani pedi. The technician who did my nails used an electric file to file down the tops of my nails both hands and feet ruining my natural nails. I was given a painful massage and then she dug under my nail so deep on my toe with cutical scissors which was incredibly painful and didn't stop hurting for two week as it became swollen and red. Hands chipped in a day and feet chipped in a week. I will not be returning. I Have friends who swear by this place but I was truly disapointed.
I have been going to JJ Nails for about 4 years. Tom the owner runs a very professional business and his staff are all so friendly and professional. They just re-opened yesterday after being closed down for two months due to Covid. They have followed all the necessary health precautions to ensure my visit was nothing short of safe. Not only did I receive an overdue pedicure but it felt great to support a local business during these difficult times. Go to JJ Nails, you will not be disappointing.
