She knew the products, was able to help us figure out our design and make informed decisions, and was professional when sharing her opinion about things to avoid. When we had to make a last minute change they were able to accommodate and worked with one of their suppliers to get us what we needed in a very short time frame, hand delivering the pieces the next day. Do not purchase carpeting from Kingston. If something goes wrong, they ignore you. They did not return my calls or take care of the issue I had. The quality of the carpet was so poor. The tacks are coming up into our feet when we walk on the carpet. The installers tried to hammer them down but they still are coming up into our feet. We paid a lot of money for cheap carpet.

Their pricing was competitive and all communication and customer service was excellent. Their install team were friendly, extremely helpful and on time.
