10/10 to the district manager for trying to salvage the customer satisfaction. But 0/10 to the staff. The damage was already done and the confidence in the product is gone too. Fiance bought my ring here. And the diamond fell out before even 3 months. Brought it back to them and they said it would cost over 200 to get it fixed. Ring wasn't even 3 months old. Left crying. The associate who "helped" us laughed and said she couldn't do anything. Brought it to different goldsmiths to get some opinions.. was told the quality is so bad I would be losing diamonds every couple weeks. Decided to get the ring remolded, remade by hand not by machine. Really really disappointing to have such an exciting time be such a horrible experience. Associates told my fiance as long as we come back semi yearly they will replace and fix anything. Not even 3 months and got quoted a ridiculous high price.. :( unfortunately won't ever be returning or recommending this place.

I went in there 2 weeks ago to purchase a watch. I had a model number in mind so it would be quick and painless. Nobody greeted me, one of the employees was on the computer for a minute, then picked up her iPhone and started doing something else. I looked up the model number online and purchased it from the manufacturer for much cheaper. When I received the package it was brand new and untouched. Staff needs to be retrained on customer service skills because that was embarrassing. You lost a sale because of it. Hopefully the store manager understands how to correct this kind of issue. I’ve come into this store a few times over the years and it usually isn’t that bad.
