NOTE TO ALL AMAZON CUSTOMERS: You can call or online-chat with Amazon and tell them to DEPRIORITIZE PUROLATOR as a shipper on your account. This means they will only ever use Purolator for your orders if they absolutely have to. I have done this after SO MANY \delivery attempts\ on my Amazon packages, in which I inevitably need to drive to the Purolator across town and pick it up myself. (I work from home and am ALWAYS in my apartment, especially since the pandemic. They have never once called me or rung our buzzer number that is included in the shipping instructions. They often don't even leave a notice slip.) I don't pay for Prime Shipping to have to deal with this, and now Purolator will be getting much less business from me through Amazon. I would never in a million years choose them myself to ship or be shipped anything.

Still have not received our package, a rather expensive Amazon order. When checking the updates it says three times that they tried calling us but absolutely have not. I am now on hold... and on hold... and on hold... trying to get a delivery time. Very clunky to work with this company and so disappointed. Amazon, stop using Purolator PLEASE!
I had 4 boxes to carry to my car. I thought I’d have to make two trips but one of the workers helped carry the parcels to my car! Very impressed. They are friendly, quick. They went above and beyond service. I was so thankful. P.S. the driver called the day before to say he had a delivery. I was at work and they said no problem we’ll leave at note for you to pick up!
Horrible experience! Needs to focus on customer service.
