When I inquired about delivery, I was told that the apartment unit number was missing. I would not accept it, as I knew the address to be 100% correct. Within 1 minute, they were telling me that delivery was attempted, but no one answered the door!! When I asked how they attempted delivery when there was no unit number and no notifications were left at the door, they did not have a response.

Incredibly poor service. Customer service is clueless, misleading and no one returns calls.

This company uses fraud as their standard operating procedure. In 2015 they paid 25 million USD due to fraudulent claims about deliveries. They continue this as disciplining their drivers would cause them to quit, and therefore losing revenue. By allowing the behaviour they save time for the drivers and force paying clients to pickup their own items from a depot. The drivers will game the GPS system by parking nearby delivery locations to allow them to fraudulently claim a 'delivery attempt'.

They told me the delivery date & i told them I would not be home but they still "said they came by" & so my package was taken to their pick up location where its 40min drive away from me 40 min back & i get there they cant find my package so i called the UPS & finally got the long tracking # from them & when I came to pay they told me its only Cheque or Credit & THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A MACHINE ! THEY WROTE MY MASTERCARD INFO ON A CARD . VERY SKETCHY PLACE & TOOK FOREVER TO GET MY PACKAGE

horrible service...was sent email saying left at door but just tossed out at bottom of driveway open to other drivers to see and take.. glad package wasnt taken....terrible service

UPS needs to take down excellent service. Had a driver show up with no debit machine for a company delivery and expected us to be ok with writing or credit card on a piece of paper. When I voiced my concerns he took my package and left. When I called to see what was going on I was told they would call me back in an hour. Next day still no call. Sure hope they don't expect me to pay for delivery if I have to pick it up. Very unprofessional and unpleasant driver.

VERY POOR customer service!!! They have later hours, open until 8, which is great, except you cannot call them to verify if your package is there, as they DO NOT have a phone number available except for a customer service line which closes at 5:00pm! Can anyone explain how this is supposed to be helpful????

F#ck I hate the UPS service! The lazy f#ckin UPS driver just tosses the package on the stairs and she can't even ring the doorbell. Yapping on her personal cellphone the whole time. Whatever happened to good service? Sure as hell overlooked anything from UPS! Abbotsford East.
