I had booked with them online for a phone appointment. My time rolls around, and I give it another 20 minutes, because I figured they were busy. Called them, no answer. Sent an email. I ended up booking with Virtual Clinic instead and got an appointment/phone call for the same day within the hour. Hope Viva Care is able to figure stuff out on their end, being able to book online was super convenient but that doesn't matter if the doctor doesn't show for your appointment.

Was an awful experience, doctor is obviously not there to be a doctor when asking for advice I was cut off before I could begin and told to get a family doctor or call him rather then him addressing my concerns while in front of me. I had an appointment and was there for less then ten minutes there was no one else waiting, he had nothing pressing but still refused to do his job and talk to me.

I've always got decent service here. Most of the doctors are friendly enough and try to get you in and out but you can tell some of them definitely don't want to be there. Some of the people on here need to cut the front desk some slack. It's a difficult environment. The reality is these days is that there is to many patients and not enough doctors to go around. It's compounded even more at this clinic due to the good location. Even if you get there 30 min before they open there will be a dozen people already waiting outside. If you get there after its already open then will be definitely in for a wait. Book an appointment a few days before if you can. If you can't then expect to be sitting for a while with some cranky sick people being handled by an overworked staff trying get people through like cattle.
