I had an incident where a wheel flew off of a dumpster that was being transported by one of their trucks. It flew off and hit my car causing damage to the drivers side door and quarter panel. Due to the nature of the times we are in, I fully expected a fight and ABC not claiming any responsibility. I was pleasantly surprised, the first person I talked to was very friendly and reassuring. She told me not to worry, this is a great family owned business and they always stand by their name if there happens to be an accident with any of their trucks. So my claim was escalated all the way up to the General Manager and they are standing by their great reputation and having my car brought back to the condition it was before the incident.

Missed picking up my trash last pickup (Saturday). No big deal I thought. My trash bin is full so I call Monday. I was told trash would be picked up later that day. Called Tuesday and Wed and was told the same thing. The reps on the phone were fine. But I called 3 times and was told the trash would be picked up but it has not. I pay for residential trash pickup and there are plenty of other companies I can choose from. Bad customer service and follow through.

They simply do not understand basic customer service, and are rude about it when asked. They pick up recycle every other week, and last pickup they missed my recycle bin. No big deal, it happens. I did not notice it until a couple of days later. I called and told me that I should have called \while the truck was still in the area.\ They do not seem to understand that some people work and might not be checking these things right away. The correct thing to do would be to make their error right by the customer by simply taking it as trash during the next week's trash pickup, which they flat out refused to do. So I went out there and packed all my recycle into trash bags and put them in the regular bins to be taken away as trash. I would NEVER advise anyone to give this company their business, though I do find it ironic that the woman who answers the phone is, as a human being, exactly what she deals with - TRASH.

Was told 48 per month for weekly for trash and biweekly recycling for one month my first bill was 125 (and I already had containers from the last owner) called to figure out bill and was told it was actually supposed to be 150 this company is TRASH lol
