Mike of Combi-Serve recently came to our rescue after being hugely let down by our previous plumber. After several calls and no-shows from other plumbers, my wife received a recommendation for Mike, so we called to talk to him. He's literally the first plumber I've come across in years who promptly responds and actually turns up when he says he will! He's a complete gentleman, and possibly the most thorough plumber and heating engineer I've ever used. Whereas my previous gas services seemed very quick - always leaving me worrying that everything had been checked properly, Mike took his time and checked everything for safety - and all at a low fixed price - which was no more expensive than my previous plumbers had charged! He went on to install 5 taps, fix some waste disposal issues, and service both our boilers, plus our fireplace. The fireplace had some issues, and involved completely stripping down, as it hadn't been used in several years. He left it looking completely rejuvenated. I can't say how impressed I am, in the current climate, to find a responsible, trustworthy, and friendly plumber and heating engineer - who charges sensible ‘Welsh’ rates too. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Just had a new boiler and 5 rads fitted by Combi Serve along with some complicated pipe work Mike and his assistant Steve were extremely professional. They work hard and work cleanly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. MIke registered the boiler, activating the guarantee and has a system that will remind me when the annual service is due. This was a great help. I will certainly use Combi Serve again.
We had a new toilet valve fitted today by Mike @ Combi Serve as our toilet was taking ages to fill up and there was this really annoying hissing noise !!! Mike sorted it out for us he's really professional and quick too with no mess at all , it's all sorted now thanks to Combi Serve . I would definitely recommend using this company A
