Great staff, brilliant facility.
Has cross trainers, treadmills, exercise bikes, weights, weight machines and spin bikes. Free water fountains, toilets just outside the gym. The pool is slightly warm. Looking at the pool as a bird's eye view, so the pool is landscape, shallow on the sides and gets deeper as you go to the middle. Baby pool which can be used for pool parties. There is a dojo, squash courts and sports halls. Male and female changing rooms with lockers
