Added to his schedule with no hesitation. only a three day wait. The owner actually left the site to get supplies for the crew when he saw they where running low Crew was very professional and knew exactly what was to be done. Job was completed before estimated date. Very happy with new roof.

"bob stopped in my shop I own in middletown he said he was doing some work in my area. and said he could do my parking lot at a much cheaper price if I gave him the ok within 24 hours so I gave him the go ahead and the job came out great I was very surprise that some one of the street did such good work
I called bob from ace roofing & construction because I had 4 leaks in my roof. he told me that all it needed was a patch and coat repair. so I let him do the job. he was very good at his work he put a silver roof coating and all my leaks were stopped 5/5 for bob
"hi my name is David and I own a few commercial buildings and like any flat roof I've began experiencing a few leaks in each building I have. so I did what most people would do and googled local roofing companys near me and ace roofing & construction llc. popped up so I gave them a phone call and he said he could be out the very next business day. so once he arrived I showed him the 5 or 6 leaking areas of my roof and he quoted me a price right then and there. the price was fair for the work needed so I shook his hand and gave him the job. the next week he came and did the job no problems once so ever I am so happy with his services that I will be calling him about the other few buildings I have.... thank you bob"
Not only did Bob help me with the insurance company asking important questions, but he also got the job done before the insurance even paid him. Just in time too because we had some snowfall.
