If you want a headache, no communication, and be told there is "nothing they can do" this is the place to buy furniture. I work customer service and truly understand what people expect when spending money at a store. I personally will never shop another Ashley due to this experience. Better off buying amazon.

Sherry was amazing. She helped us find the perfect bed 3 years ago and it's still perfect today. Today she helped us find an end table that we loved! She is very social and polite. Superb customer service! She definitely made us feel welcomed and they will keep our business.

I was shopping for a bedroom set. I checked out our local stores and even went to a nearby city to shop. I stopped in the Ashley store in Aberdeen South Dakota and talked to Linda. I have done previous business with Linda and she works very hard to please her customers. She searched many catalogues and made many calls to try and find what I was looking for. She did find what I was looking for and could get it at a price that I was comfortable/happy with. Linda is very professional and is there to please her customers. I couldn't be happier with how she treats me. I can't wait to get my new bedroom set!! I am still looking for one piece and I have no doubt, Linda will find it for me. She is a tremendous asset to your store.
