My parents were 30 year auto-fill clients of another supplier. A couple of yrs ago that supplier allowed them to run out of oil midwinter. These things happen in business, but when I called them they were extremely rude and defensive about the error. Moreover, they would not bring any oil until the next day. At the time, my mother was over 80 yrs old and could not stay in a cold home. That drove me to call Ferrell Fuel. Ferrell brought an emergency small load of oil that day and returned soon after to top off the tank. I permanently switched the oil delivery service to Ferrell, and have not regretted that decision once. They are always on time, have very competitive pricing, and every staff member I encounter are always kind and thoughtful. My parents have both since passed on, but my mother always intended to write to Ferrell and express her thanks for their great service. On her behalf, and mine, thank you Ferrell Fuel.

Would be zero stars if it were a option. Guy Jon just came. Knocked on door asked if tank was full. I said it's been full since the last time y'all filled it. I said I haven't used oil since laster winter. Tank valve is off as well. He said oh, well I wasn't sure, it showed it was full but I tryed to push a little in anyway. So you'll have a small bill....Then the driver Jon wrote on my ticket under instructions that \I didn't want my bill\. I actually said the bill was b.s. which in my English language does not mean I wouldn't pay it nor didn't want it. Jon put bill in door and left. Then I let the dog out, check on him a few minutes later. Jon left the gate open. Dog was gone. I get it the truck. Go find the dog. Ferrell Fuel Co. And Jon are both lucky I found my dog and he was ok. Good customer service/relations Ferrell Fuel.
Great prices as always. Paying Cash or Check? They reduce the price per gallon which is a great benefit for those that are budget minded. I have referred several of my clients to them and will continue to do so.
Dave and the entire team are awesome. They really seem to care about you as a customer when you call, and that means a ton. I highly recommend.
I have used Ferrell for a few years now and always had good experiences. Today was the best experience yet. 7PM last night I realized I was almost empty and was fearful I wouldnt make it through the night but they were already closed. They opened at 7am this morning. I called at 6:55am, someone answered the phone, I told them how low I was, they said they would be out today. 7:25am, they showed up! They easily could have charged me an extra fee for coming out that quick, but they didnt. I happened to be outside when the delivery came and I thanked the driver for coming so quickly and he asked if I still had heat and which I did. I'm sure he would have ran in my basement and did whatever he would need to do to restart it if I had fully run out but luckily that wasnt necessary. They truly are a great company to work with. Thanks Ferrell Fuel!!!
