So nice to have a great shopping experience and helpful owners. Rick and his wife special ordered a sofa and loveseat for us and the whole process exceeded expectations. In the store itself - the products are laid out with an eye for design, helping you to imagine it in your home. Everyone I have dealt with is polite and low-key. When we wanted something in a model he did not carry in stock, it was easy to place the order and everything arrived within the expected time frame - something hard to do in the current Covid circumstances. We picked everything up and now the living area is nice looking and comfortable. Luke Leather is the company that Furniture in The Pines special ordered from, and we are very happy with the purchase and with Furniture in The Pines - big thanks! Highly recommended.

Highly recommend shopping here for all of your furniture needs. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for in stock, they will find something that meets your needs and will leave you 100% satisfied and happy. I came into the store simply to look around and ended up ordering a sectional that came highly recommended by the owner - I trusted him and he exceeded my expectations! The sectional is so comfortable and the perfect piece to pull together my living room! So thankful for their wonderful customer service and speedy delivery.

They have a beautiful array of items for sale and also many more choice in catalogue. My order came in absolutely perfect. With COVID everything is taking a bit longer, but the team at Furniture in the Pines was always helpful in updating and keeping me informed on my sectional. Awesome furniture! We've bought half a house full of furniture from this company. I Love Love our Royal Blue couch set. It's so elegant looking. It's perfect. We had a quality issue with the love seat and Rick took care of us and we got a replacement. Even though Covid slowed the process down he helped us out 100% Happy.

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I moved to the area and wasn't sure where to go for furniture so I did what most people probably do and went to Ashleys. I ordered couches and they have pushed back delivery 3 times making me wait from the first week of July till October!!! As you can imagine I was over it and a friend referred me to FITP and I don't regret canceling my Ashley's order. I was able to get the same style of couches but upgraded from microfiber to leather FOR THE SAME PRICE!!! oh and did I mention delivery was 3 day, not 3 month's!!!! We also purchased beautiful solid wood bar top table that seats 8. The owner will do whatever he can to get you exactly what you want at the best price. Also, 10% off for military, I just can't say enough good about them. Support your local business, I promise you it'll benefit you just as much as them.

Rick is a really good guy and does his best to deliver as promised. I bought 2 navy swivel recliners that I absolutely love! BIG RED is by far the best delivery person I have ever dealt with! The both of them assured me that I would really like these recliners the day I ordered and they were right!! THANKS GUYS!!
