Gordon and Watson and Kevin in particular made the experience of mums funeral bearable. They were all friendly and kind and made sure everything went smoothly and as we wished.

Gordon & Watson have been magnificent, they looked after my mum so well. The help and support before the funeral, the funeral itself and the support afterwards have been lovely, we saw mum in the chapel of rest and I haven't seen her looking so well for some time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, their prices are good and made very clear and the staff were just wonderful.
Gordon and Watson were magnificent when my husband passed away , they kept me informed before during and after the funeral , nothing was to much trouble for them , all the gentlemen were really fantastic took excellent care of us I,would recommend Gordon and Watson to anyone
My mum phoned up to get a quote and they arranged a meeting the next day. When we arrived the funeral director said we have taken your husbands body into our care as some people dont like the thought of their loved ones in the hospital morgue. My mum was so shocked this had happened with out her permission she sat through the whole meeting as said nothing. Im really disgusted this can happen without permission. Looking at these reviews its not the first time. We went through an independent funeral director and would not recommend anyone using this service until they stop this shocking business.
The service provided by Gordon & Watson was professional and caring throughout, especially at such a stressful time.
Do not go here. I visited two funeral directors when my uncle passed away and told them both I would contact them if I required their services. Costs are not straightforward here and are much higher than at other funeral director establishments. Without my instruction, Gordon and Watson took my uncle’s body when I had selected and signed with another director. They literally stole my uncle’s body. Do you really need another reason not to go here?
