Almost got into a car accident with one of their employees. They were at the stop light by Casey’s on Dakota Street, with no right on red. We were going straight with a green light. Their employee did a right turn, looked right at us and continued turning, running the red light. Almost got hit by him and he seemed not to care. No ice or snow was on the street, even curbed the van. Once again, obviously doesn’t care. Whether it’s employee or owner, if they can’t care enough about driving, wouldn’t call them for their business. Plate #37315 V

Great service, thoughtful meal prep., Anticipated a mistake in online order, and asked to correct it at window before preparing! Food is always awesome. The maple butter chicken sandwich is superb. The Baconator Burger is my all time favorite! Wendy's is one of Aberdeen's best Fast fooderies!
Hired them to replace a water heater. Tech didn’t remember to turn power back on to unit and left floors filthy with footprints. Immediately after the install the hot water pressure in kitchen was gone due to scale from install. When I had them come to address that they broke my drain pipe in the process requiring an additional service call. When I called to discuss the bill for the additional two charges Rocky ended up hanging up on me. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
10,500 industrial hot water heater replacement. They did not check for leaks, so first night leaked all night onto expensive machines of the business below. That business owner went ballistic on us when he found it. They repaired the leak, then there was a second leak on a different fitting They fixed that. Fair enough, at least they fixed promptly the leaks. Odd: There was never an apology or recognition of our trouble. When the bill came we politely asked if there could be a small adjustment for our trouble. We were met with instant hostility. The plumber said it was our pipes that caused it, not his work, (which was incorrect..the same pipes had never leaked prior!) and then said that we suffered no financial loss nor did the business below, and than repeatedly said \looks like you got caught with your hand in the cookie jar\, mocking us and accusing us of lying to get him to reduce his bill for our trouble. This is what pathological narcissism looks like. Instant rage, no ability to even recognize their mistake, lying, and accusing the customer of lying, then mocking the customer. Completely irrational conversation in response to our request. I told my management to just pay the bill, for there is no point in prolonging the pain of arguing with a narcissist. If you hire this outfit, you have been warned.
The Hase repair men did a great job replacing broken faucet and sink parts. They also replaced the hot water heater. Ask for Deres.
