3rd time I’ve used Laws Tyres. Was a happy customer up until now. Rear rims have a few new scratches on them and that’s just on the side that I can see. Pretty sure there’s more on the inside face of the rims as I’ve seen the person changing the tyres let one of them level off on the concrete as he was pushing them around. The rims are quite big so the tyres don’t stick out beyond the rim width which means that if they level off on a flat surface, they end up being in contact with it which results in scratches and/or dents. The rims are not new and have a few scratches on them but that doesn’t make this any more acceptable. I recommend staying away from this place. Edit: Following the reply from Laws Tyres, I am filling in a formal complaint as I find it upseting that I am now being blamed for the damage. I haven’t got any hopes that this will be resolved as I was expecting a blame game anyway. Will probably end up having to pay out of my own pocket for a refurbishment but I can at least warn others about what can be expected. PS: I have not parked my car anywhere besides a petrol station (no kerbs at the pumps) and work (we don’t even have tar in our parking lot due to it being a construction site).
