Our salesman was knowledgeable about the products and very courteous. No hard selling. We already had certain factors narrowed down, but he aided in advising us based on the conversation he heard us having. I was at a Mattress Firm with my mother in a different city. The service was equally good. The checkout process was efficient and he informed us of the regulations regarding returns or exchanges. We would shop there again.
