What can i say apart from wonderful service from the entire team, from being looked after by Debbie at front of house to being treated compassionately by Donald in the dentist chair. I was a very nervous patient initially but have been put at ease on every visit. I would also add that everybody remembers your name and are always very polite, something which is sadly lacking in society today Would highly recommended.

My wife Ann and I have always had Julie Rafferty as our dentist , she is very caring and professional, and we never have experienced any pain during our treatment ! Julie and her assistant are brilliant ! Olso Ann at the reception desk is very efficient and friendly .

I consistently receive high-quality customer service from the team at Queens Cross. The reception and clinic support team are friendly, very welcoming and extremely helpful, particularly with changes to appointments and any questions around treatment. I have regular check ups and during every visit I am put at ease. As my dentist, Shahab is very good at listening and understanding my apprehension as a patient whilst providing a guided solution that benefits my overall oral health. I have also received extensive treatment for root canal and had a replacement crown fitted. I would highly recommend Shahab as a dentist because of his ease of approach and expertise, particularly in treatment for these instances. To ensure I keep up-to-date with a scale and polish, I also regularly visit the hygienist. Nicky also provides ease of treatment, which makes for a really good experience. I would not go anywhere else and currently travel over 50 miles to attend Queens Cross having moved away from the city centre.

Worst dentist I have been to. I was flown in on an emergency helicopter from a platform offshore for a booked tooth extraction. Due to the pain I was in. I got nothing but a lecture about how I wasnt a regular client and I should go get my teeth looked at where ever I live

Always a pleasure going to this dentist, reception staff are really friendly and the work I've had carried out by Martin and Donald has been first class.
