Stayed overnight in Hospital Hotel prior to Op. Very good. Room plus there is a Kitchen/Diner with tea, coffee, milk, packet soups etc provided.

This hospital nursed my dad for three months in 2018. I wouldn’t of wanted him to be anywhere else for his care. All of the staff and doctors were amazing first class care compassionate and professional. Unfortunately they couldn’t save him as he was too poorly, but they went over and above to make him comfortable. First Class Care well done to you all from all of the Munro family xx

I just spoke with the receptionist lady on the phone at 4:10pm, 27th August and it was honestly the most rudest encounter i have had all year, she spoke to me aggressively and just hanged up on mid conversation, and I was being very polite the entire phone call. I she did not represent the royal infirmary well at all. Terrible person to have answering phone calls and interacting with people/patients..
