Condemned a brand new guage that i asked for them to calibrate. Said i needed a new one and then did not meet my delivery date as agreed over the counter. This ment i had to purchase another guage elsewhere, however Scotia still charged me for the part that arrived 3 weeks later than agreed as they said it could not be returned even tho the part is still in their hands. Scotia almost cost us to miss our handover date for a big project due to poor comunication over the counter and poor customer service. I will not be returning.
