My second time to use Techrescue and again an excellent, helpful and friendly response to my call for urgent assistance. Within a few hours I was able to drop off and have an initial assessment of my computer problem. It was an older Mac which they offered to repair, but having decided to buy a new one they transferred all of my data and software and I was using my new computer within 24 hours. A relief given my urgency for a work project. I can not speak too highly of Techrescue - this is the second time in 10 years they have came to my aid and both times (and this time during lockdown) I felt they went beyond what I would have expected - and in short time. Had a workstation laptop that was out of warranty and has an unusual power brick. Would not boot up but Ttechrescue managed to trace the fault and through excellent communication, were able to advise which parts I needed to get to fix the laptop. A very professional, knowledgeable service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
