What a great find! A complete one stop, turn key service! I was truly impressed when I stopped in... at 9:00am, I got my legal documents notarized, got a copy of the notarized documents for my records, got my USPS Priority mail shipping label with the tracking number and receipt, and then I was able to leave my package there for the USPS postal service pick up, saving me a trip to the post office! Great service! great prices, full shipping services in one place and more!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I highly do NOT recommend this place. Bad experiences lead to bad reviews... used UPX in Aberdeen to mail a package across the US. They packed the specific item and assured that it would be fine to travel and get to it’s destination. So far from what happened. The box arrived at the buyers doorstep but the box was EMPTY. UPS says that it was “poorly packaged”. And now the item that was an antique, sold on eBay for a very high price is missing. Vanished into air. Although the package was scanned by numerous locations (it traveled back and forth throughout Kentucky and we have no idea why), it ended up somehow, an empty box. This box was not small. It was at least 2 feet long and heavy (60 pounds). Now instead of being responsible. It has now become the customers fault that it was packaged incorrectly and did not make it to the buyer. But hey.. they are willing to offer us “Store credit for any future shipping we may need”. Thanks for your help in getting our package to its destination. We be sure to come running to you in the future!

Excellent customer service! I think her name was Angel or Angela. She was very patient with me. She offered tons of options for shipping my things and was just super helpful on getting me organized. Very friendly too! Give her a raise!
