I have just joined this medical practice and the reception staff are so lovely. I often feel very anxious calling the doctors but they make me feel at ease. The doctor I have spoken to so far was very helpful and kind also. So glad I chose to be with them :)

Each time I have contacted the practice the staff have been professional and helpful. I would suggest that during these unprecedented times, it has been necessary for staff to be firm and clear in order to reduce pressures on the GPs, signposting callers to the most appropriate route for assistance. I moved just before lockdown in March 2020 and the team accommodated me to the best of their ability, in an ever-changing situation. The GPs have explored available options with me, taking care to ensure I understand the advice given. I'm very happy for them to be my medical practice.

As of 2020 when all this covid-19 mass pandemic struck the practice went into a lock down mode. No on the day doctors appointments all appointments are initially scheduled through a diagnosis over the phone. If you're symptoms sound severe enough a doctor will call you back i believe to determine if your well enough to come to the practice but sick enough to be seen by a doctor work that one out. Before all the covid-19 restrictions getting a appointment was straightforward. As a patient you even have the option of using the online app that allows you to make a doctors appointment reorder your prescription seek information you are in need of.

Never in my Life have I ever encountered such rude front line workers. Patronisation upon suggestion its like they think we are all Old and can speak to us like idol Children. Covid or not ill we'll this place will only make you worse. If you have not slept in weeks and can manage your bowels producing excrement which looks like cotton wool and ontop are left dreaming about death and destruction then join up. Otherwise don't place yourself at risk as they would in their persistence to have you off the phone call. You guys are a complete joke at best and perhaps its because there are around two males in total within this woman dominated operation who treat everyone as if they fell of their shoe. I won't be sticking around for another day of dealing with illness because your staff failed to understand the basis of respect!
